What is his Methodology?
Traditionally therapy asks "Why?" Understanding the past is important, but we also need to develop pragmatic strategies for the "here and now." Peter calls these strategies the "How" and "What." He collaborates with you to identify obstacles in your way and what you can do to overcome them to reach your goals.
The development of your personal strategies is an integral piece of Peter's process. Peter knows that a client-centered supportive course of action helps people move forward quickly and successfully. And he uses and chooses what works best for you. He incorporates cutting edge coaching, counseling, hypnosis, and NLP behavioral change techniques to develop your individual change program.
Peter always puts the clients first and is respectful of their preferences. Some prefer to focus on psychotherapy, whereas others may prefer to have a coach, or a hypnotist. He has the skills and experience to tailor your program to effectively meet your needs. Peter is also accomplished in couples counseling to which he has also devoted many years of study and practice. He effectively cultivates mutuality and achieves conflict reduction.
